		The Workshop dinner will be at the Benihana American Japanese Restaurant located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village http://www.benihana.com/. Your $50 payment will cover the meal, ACM administration costs and soda fountain, but unfortunately (due to some mix-up which was not of our making) not any wine, beer or other alchohol. So please bear with us and be prepared to pay for that out of your own pocket. Apologies in advance. We should have a great time, though, and welcome anyone who wants to join in.

Hibachi Steak 7 (oz) and Chicken 3.5(oz) Combo with choice of Fountain soda (Pepsi Products) or Ice Tea. Rainbow Sherbet.
Menu "B"
Hibachi Jumbo Shrimp (7pc) with choice of Fountain soda (Pepsi Products) or Ice Tea. Rainbow Sherbet.
Menu "C"
Seafood Diablo (assorted seafood with udon noodles and spicy sauce) with choice of Fountain soda (Pepsi Products) or Ice Tea. Garlic Fried Rice and Rainbow Sherbet.

Each meal is served with Benihana Onion Soup, Benihana Salad, Shrimp Appetizer, Hibachi Vegetables, Dipping sauces, steamed rice and Japanese hot green tea.
They can accommodate vegetarians with options like Tofu steak, Miso soup, and Fresh Vegetables. For vegans they can cook in soybean oil.
